The Green Bay Packers defeated the Carolina Panthers 27-19 on Thursday night at Lambeau Field. The win extended Green Bay's streak to four consecutive games and marked the fifth straight opponent held under 20 points by the Packers' defense.

Jordan Love completed 30 of 41 passes for 288 yards and three touchdowns. He also threw one interception. His scoring strikes went to tight end Tucker Kraft, wide receiver Matthew Golden, and running back Josh Jacobs. Jacobs carried the ball 21 times for 39 yards and added a 4-yard reception and a 1-yard run for two total scores.

The Panthers mounted a late push after trailing by 17 points in the third quarter. Bryce Young threw a 26-yard touchdown pass to Jalen Coker on fourth down with 5:37 left. That cut the deficit to two points. Young's subsequent two-point conversion attempt fell incomplete.

Carolina regained possession at its own 45-yard line with 2:41 remaining. The team punted on downs at midfield. With 22 seconds left and no timeouts, linebacker Dani Dennis-Sutton sacked Young from his own 20-yard line to end the game.

Bryce Young finished with 209 passing yards, one touchdown, and one interception on 23 of 41 attempts. Chuba Hubbard rushed for 81 yards on 22 carries and caught seven passes for 38 yards. The Panthers were sacked six times by Green Bay.

Packers safety Javon Bullard praised the group after the win. "This defense is really special," Bullard said. Linebacker Isaiah McDuffie added that he believes the potential for this unit is limitless.

Jordan Love acknowledged the team's finish was not perfect. "Late in the game, it wasn't good enough," Love said. "We weren't able to finish the way we wanted. That's something we've got to improve on, clean up as an offense and be better there."

Packers wide receiver Christian Watson returned to the game after suffering a chest injury during a 53-yard reception in the second quarter. Watson was transported to a hospital for a CT scan, which showed no internal bleeding but confirmed a broken rib. He finished with eight catches for 113 yards.

The Brewers received a reception at the game one night after winning their first World Series. Brandon Woodruff held the Commissioner's Trophy near the tunnel, and several players attempted to jump into the crowd. Packers leadership also honored former CEO Bob Harlan during a halftime ceremony, unveiling his name on the stadium facade alongside that of former general manager Ted Thompson.

The Panthers host Denver on Nov. 8. The Packers travel to New England on the same date.
