Dallas College students must submit or update their end of course evaluations by noon on the last day of their final class. The college confirmed that the survey window closes at that specific time, after which no new submissions or changes are allowed. This deadline applies to every course enrolled in the current term.

The evaluation process is designed to remain anonymous throughout the semester. Student names and identifying information are not linked to survey responses at any stage. Instructors cannot view the results until after final grades have been submitted to the registrar. This timing ensures that student feedback does not influence grading decisions.

Students access the surveys through the eCampus portal. The process requires logging in and selecting the Course Eval option from the main menu. Surveys can be completed on any device with an internet connection. The system automatically saves responses as students move from one page to the next. If a student exits before submitting, they can return later during the open period to continue.

The college emphasized that students have the ability to edit their responses even after initial submission. As long as the survey window remains open, users can select a completed evaluation and choose the Update button. This allows them to reopen the form, make changes, and resubmit. A confirmation message appears after each successful submission, verifying that the changes were saved.

Once the noon deadline on the final day of class passes, the system locks the survey. Closed surveys cannot be reopened for additional input or modifications. Students who miss the window will not be able to provide feedback for that course. The college advises students to complete the survey early to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Support for the evaluation process is available through Student Technical Support. Students can call 972-669-6402 or the toll-free line at 866-374-7169 for assistance with eCampus access or survey submission. The feedback collected through these surveys is used by instructors to improve teaching practices and course structure for future students.

The survey serves as a primary channel for students to share insights on their learning experience. Instructors use the aggregated, anonymous data to assess course effectiveness. The college states that this process helps enhance the overall student learning environment. All technical steps, from login to final submission, are handled within the standard eCampus interface.
